So who am I?
Well, my name’s Ryan, and I’ve been writing posts for C*R-h since April 19th 2009. C*R-h started off life as me rambling about all sorts of randomness, but then, slowly but surely, my burning desire to talk about Japan took over.

Perhaps more literary than most jblogs, C*R-h tries to bring together culture, society, language, thoughts, impressions and experiences and bundle them all together in a pretty little box for your viewing, reading and now listening delight.

So why Caught*Red-handed?
Well, you know what, that’s a really good question. Sure, it has absolutely no relevance to Japan, but it’s a moniker that I’ve attached to the majority of my work, either personal or professional, and so C*R-h just seemed to stick when I was putting this site together.
