Hey, hello, great to see you! You made it? That’s great. It’s so fantastic to see you. No invite? Who cares, here’s a glass of champagne and there’s plenty of food and over there in the kitchen, there’s a ton of sausages on sticks, so really, don’t worry yourself about it. Come on in, come on in.. Okay, so there’s a bit of papering still needs doing in the hall and there’s a weird rattling coming from the plumbing in the utility room, but rest assured, it’s all looking pretty darn rosy, don’t you think?
